Is there a delivery fee?
Delivery is free within a 15 mile radius of our locations. We charge by the mile for deliveries greater than 15 miles away. Every mile after 15 is $3.00 per mile. 

How many people fit in the sauna?
Our Sauna can fit up to 6-8 people. If you have more people in your group you will have to take turns. Allow for about 30 minutes a session with cold breaks. 

Do you provide a tutorial?
Yes, we will be happy to give  you all the info you need to start and stoke the sauna, to get the most out of your experience, and shut it down after use.

What is included with my rental?
1 Sauna, firewood, water and a bucket for steaming. 

What do I need to supply?
You and your guests will want to have towels, bathing suits, and sandals in colder seasons. 

Do I need an electrical  hookup?
No Electrical hook up is needed. The sauna is wood-fired and there is natural lighting from the windows and LED candles for lighting the deck. 

How long should you sit in a sauna?
15 to 20 minutes. The longer you stay in the sauna, the more you risk dehydration, so a general rule is to cap your time to 15 to 20 minutes. The Finnish, who the word “sauna” comes from, may have an even simpler suggestion since the sauna is meant for relaxing, not ticking off minutes: Leave the sauna once you feel hot enough.

Should you drink water in the sauna?
Before the sauna, we recommend drinking 1-2 glasses of water to prep your body for the upcoming sweat sesh. After the sauna, you want to continue to drink water, but you also want to replenish those key minerals and electrolytes lost like magnesium, sodium, calcium, and potassium

What should I wear in a sauna?
Wearing something comfortable made of cotton is the best thing you can wear in a sauna. A classic oversized t-shirt, a loose-fitting cotton towel, and shorts are always good for the sauna. They allow your skin to breathe freely; this helps you enjoy a sauna session to its full potential. Remove any metal jewelry it will get hot.

What is not allowed in a sauna?
Do not use the steam/sauna room while under the influence of alcohol, tranquilizers, or other drugs that cause drowsiness or that raise or lower blood pressure. Food and drinks are not permitted in the steam/sauna room. Please refrain from using lotions or oils in the steam/sauna room.

What is the best temperature for a sauna?
Between 150-175 degrees Fahrenheit. Most people prefer to enjoy their sauna at temperatures between 150-175 degrees Fahrenheit for traditional saunas and 120-130 degrees Fahrenheit for infrared saunas.

What are the symptoms of a sauna detox?
As the body detoxifies, it's not uncommon to experience flu-like symptoms including headache, joint and muscle pain, body aches, sore throat, general malaise, sweating, chills, nausea or other symptoms.

Can I bring my iPhone or AirPods in a sauna?
No, you should not take your phone or AirPods in the sauna. The heat and humidity can damage the phone and cause it to malfunction.
